Sauti Sol’s mélange of energetic rhythms have promoted the group to become one of East Africa's most celebrated. Blending warm resonant pop with traditional Kenyan influences, Sauti Sol en...compass a mix of soulful voices with rich harmonies, guitar riffs and drum rhythm.

With two extremely successful albums, Mwanzo (2008) and Sol Filosofia (2011), the band reflects a range of musical wealth inspired by African artists including Lokua Kanza, Fadhili Williams, Daudi Kabaka, Fally Ipupa and Salif Keita to British and American artists Coldplay and Jason Mraz. The group has gained international attention with shows in Europe and the US including SXSW and a 2011 performance with the internationally-renowned South African a cappella group Ladysmith Black Mambazo, among various award nominations and television appearances.

Recently, Sauti Sol embarked on an exciting mission--to embrace their artistic versatility and blend their signature harmonies with multi-talented South African rapper/ producer Spoek Mathambo’s futuristic sounds.

Sauti Sol is excited to return to one of their favourite destinations, Amsterdam - for the European launch of their highly anticipated self titled EP, ‘Sauti Sol’ ."
